What do these firearms have in common?-- .22 pistol, 10-.22 rifle, two .40 pistols, two .45 pistols, .44 pistol, .460 pistol, AR-15 rifle, .308 rifle, and two 12 gauge shotguns.... they all went camping with us and we managed to shoot an estimated 1, 851 rounds through them!! We decided to take advantage of our Indian Summer and go camping at Samsing Cove last night and by the time we had all loaded we had 12 guns for 4 adults. The kids managed to get in a little action as well.
samsing cove cabin.......

for breakfast, we cooked bacon on the grill. no , it wasn't burnt!....

then the kids wanted to try out the kayak. nelly wasn't too thrilled once she got out in open water, despite the line we had attached to her. this is the best smile we could get out of her...

andrew makes it look so relaxing....

meg was ready to head to open water.....

then it was time to shoot. troy shoots the AR-15.....

and then nelly wanted to try. the best part, as seen in this pic, is as she is pulling the trigger, she is looking at us, not the target. good thing she had help!!.....

monkey see, monkey do. now it is megan's turn....

and of course andrew had to be a part of the action.....

troy is attempting to shoot a very small object with the .45......

kris shoots both .45s. if you click on the pic, you can
see the flame coming out of both barrels.....

then it was troy's turn. the expression tells it all.....

So that is how you support the NRA! I shot more today than I have in my entire life. Now it is time to clean the guns, which have never been so dirty!
