Lefse and Cookies

It is our tradition to make Lefse every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is a tradition that both Troy and I have had in our own families and are now passing down to our kids. We both have strong Scandinavian lines, which is where this comes from.

Grandpa Brevik was here this weekend which made the Lefse event even more special since we got to have three generations there making it. The kids got right into the spirit of it and were rigt there the whole time ready to eat the mistakes!! It was a fun and yummy afternoon.
